Hello, I am Michele!!
I am a documentary wedding photographer based in Barcelona.
I was born in Italy. I lived there until I had turned 23 and left for England where I studied photography at University of Westminster in London.
After an initial interest in fashion and art photography I quickly realised that raw reality and therefore documentary photography is where my interest really was. I tend to photograph weddings in a natural and spontaneous way. My typical wedding reportage is a combination of live action, in between moments, raw emotions and locations close-ups. My photographs feel intimate and my camera is close yet I make a point of not intruding the scene, I am an observer. My photography captures moments in time, single individual moments out of an infinite number. For me a photograph is an anatomy of a moment.
It is never only one thing,
you shoot, you walk, you stop,
you do that constantly looking for your point of view.
